1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Azimutt Inspector ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

Azimutt Inspector is a database analysis and monitoring tool designed for PostgreSQL databases. The Service includes:

  • Database performance analysis and optimization suggestions
  • Security insights and recommendations
  • Incident prevention through proactive monitoring
  • On-premise deployment capabilities

3. License and Usage

3.1 License Grant

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your internal business purposes.

3.2 Restrictions

You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service
  • Remove or alter any proprietary notices
  • Use the Service to damage, disable, or impair any server or network

4. Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. When deployed on-premise, all data remains within your infrastructure, and we have no access to your database information or analysis results.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Azimutt and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that:

  • The Service will meet all your requirements
  • The Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
  • The results obtained from the Service will be accurate or reliable
  • Any errors in the Service will be corrected

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL AZIMUTT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

8. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Azimutt and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from:

  • Your use of and access to the Service
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any third-party right

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Azimutt is established, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
